Shiseido hair straightening is a type of Japanese Thermal Reconditioning system that is designed to straighten your natural hair while preserving the hair strength. It is best to book this service if your hair is Natural (No chemical or color have been applied on your hair, as to prevent hair lost, damage and breakage.) There are few other systems such as Yuko, Bionic, etc. But Shiseido is considered to be one of the best. Please note, this chemical thermal straightening is not reversible, as it modifies the structure of your hair. *For natural and curly hair make sure you are ready to lose your natural volume and curls before getting this service. As you won't be able to get your curls nor the volume back. This service includes: wash Straightening process Trim (if require) Blow dry and styling Instructions on Maintenance *If you are unsure, please book a consultation for clarification. Please note that Extra fees may apply for Thicker Hair

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $80 deposit is required for all bookings. This will be deducted from the total price of your service. The deposit is payable through our Website or Pay ID. No deposit = NO BOOKING. If a booking must be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment date, the deposit will be secured as CREDIT. Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date. Your deposit will otherwise be forfeited.
